stop recruiting Empty stop recruiting

Ok, I've decided we will stop recruiting because when we first set up DAFS we said we would keep it small, ie. 20

Also its hard to choose people for matches.

Hopefully, maybe it will get smaller by the time as people end up leaving Sad
