Hacking + Solutions Thread

Theres been alot of talk of hacking recently and many people playing in a way that made us wonder if they are hacking. I know that if they get caught they will be banned from steam games which is great BUT they have to catch them in the act, so my question is how do you report them? If someone knows and could post here that would be fantastic.
This way if during normal play or matches we think someone may be hacking we could just report them instead of raging about it in team chat or TS,lets get rid of the sods so we can enjoy playing TF2 the way it should be played!

You either need to report them to the server admin first so they can ban them from the server, and before them you can ask them to make a demo of their so supposed hacking and send it into VAC i also think you can report them to VAC personally.

When you play matches in a proper league (like enemy down) they require you to use a anti-cheating thingy called x-ray
