Virus Defeated! Empty Virus Defeated!

I have finally got rid of a god damn virus that would'nt let me load webpages fully without refreshing more than 30 times and redirecting search links, and deleted all my system restore points, so if you have a virus that is similar to this let me know i'll help and you won't even have to reformat your hard drive!
