Well i would of thought valve would have a confidentiality form for play testers to sign, so he may get taken to court if he does get caught breaching that. But wouldn't it be cool to be a play tester (not a beta tester as they're meant to find bugs mainly (i think)).

I'm not sure if I can believe this or not but we'll find out soon enough.
