I don't have either, i've never been keen on WoW (i think it's abbreviated to that?) so not bought it and never seen the point of xfire, i just use steam chat.

I play it sometimes when i'm at a friend of mine, its a nice game
but i dont play it cause it's just to expensive.
€13.50 a month, thats €162 a year, there are 10 million players so thats €1.620.000.000 a year for Blizzard

yes but after spendings blizzard wont have much left. They pay for servers all around the world! thousands of them! theyre constantly updating it, using many many staff and also making other games such as the new expansion or diablo 3

What classes etc do u play, ive just made some random ones to try out im thinking mage tho, after spending so long as a healer on eq i think id quite like something different, and im betting Pete will go for hunter lol.
Its bloody annoying tho that every name i try is taken!! all my fav ones are gone filthy harlots

i have a elf priest and human mage im trying out (only playing the priest while i try wow out with pete,couldnt pick elf mage wtf )
If you buy the full version are there more race/class combo choices?

yes if u buy wow+burning crusade(expension pack) there are 2 new races (blood elf for the horde and draenai for alliance) and alliance can choose paladin that was horde only be4 burning crusade and alliance can choose shaman, and in burning crusade the level cap is 70 and much other features, so buy the full version or i'll send my gnomes at ya !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Petes a elf hunter and i want to play a human mage, how do we meet up to group? i tried making my way there but im directionally challenged! and gave up after i died a few times, i didnt see any of this transport ive heard about either.

like B-rabbit said your places are FAR away from each other and you'll have to do whats known as the "death run" to get to each other
