I have also done a similar thing:

Explanation:
Scout 1 (Me) - Gets across and behind quickly to take out medic or severely weaken him and other team members.
Scout 2 (Joe) - Fights other teams scouts/players and help contest the point.
Soldier 1 (Tom) - Self harms to bridge to build up uber and stays behind train providing support, waiting for uber and defend medic.
Soldier 2 (*) - Goes along ground to bridge and rockets jumps over it firing down upon other team and lands on rock/balcony of the other side and comes up behind other team.
Demoman (Raoul) - Goes to balcony/rock and provides support and takes out other teams players and sticky jumps across if needed.
Medic (Ville) - Heals Soldier 1 and others who need health until an uber is built and pushes forward.
Sniper (Martin) - Provides support from back and moves up as he is doing so.

*Soldier 2 is used when we are using 1 scout or no sniper, this place will be filled by Joe or Martin depending.

Just gotta say demo needs to sticky his way to point otherwise the balcony spot wont be much use as they will just jump across to him :D

btw, i want to lead next map cause i know what to do for next points too.

Also, i think using normal uber is better
1. Beats crits everytime
2. More effective

Also im preferring daves positioning for sniper for effectiveness anyway. - and keeps me alive longer.
